The Open Compute Project (OCP) is bringing together APAC communities for a very special two-day, in-person Summit to explore the many challenges and opportunities facing data center infrastructure, today and tomorrow.

Pre-registration will be accepted until July 30, 2025 (UTC+8). On-site registration will open on August 5-6, 2025 (UTC+8).

Registration fees include access to plenary sessions, breakout sessions, the exhibition hall, catering, and welcome receptions.
Registration is considered complete only after the payment has been made.
A registration confirmation will be sent to you via registered email upon the completion of online registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests received on or prior to July 1, 2025 (UTC+8) will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after July 1, 2025(UTC+8).
Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the 2025 OCP APAC Summit.
Approved refunds will be returning to your credit card account.

Replacement and Transfer Policy:

Requests received on or prior to July 1, 2025 (UTC+8).

    - Payment Method: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and JCB)
    - Your credit card issuer may charge a currency exchange fee, and you will be responsible for any such fee. The actual rate will be determined by the exchange rate set by your credit card issuer.

    - The currency rate is approximately NTD 32 to USD 1. The actual exchange rate is subject to change due to currency fluctuations.
