The Open Compute Project (OCP) is excited to unite the APAC community for an exclusive two-day, in-person Summit. Together, we will explore the evolving challenges and groundbreaking opportunities shaping the future of data center infrastructure.

 Regular NTD 6,600 (approx. USD 200)  June 1 - August 9, 2026 (UTC+8)
 On-Site NTD 8,250 (approx. USD 250) August 10 - August 12, 2026 (UTC+8) 
  • Note: USD prices are for reference only; all transactions will be processed in NTD.
  • Your registration includes: Full access to Keynotes and Breakout Sessions, Co-located Workshops, the Exhibition Hall, Catering, and Welcome Reception.

 

Payment & Confirmation

  • Payment Method: Credit Card only (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB)
  • Completion: Registration is only confirmed once full payment is successfully processed.
  • Confirmation: An official confirmation email and a receipt of your registration fee will be sent to your email address upon the completion of registration.

 

Visa & Entry Information

Attendees are responsible for securing the appropriate visa before traveling. Requirements vary based on nationality and passport jurisdiction.

  • General International Attendees: Please visit the Bureau of Consular Affairs website for comprehensive information on visa types, eligibility, and entry regulation for Taiwan.
  • Attendees from Mainland China: Special entry permits are required. Please refer to the National Immigration Agency website for details regarding entry for professional and business activities.
  • Note: OCP cannot act as a Legal Inviter or Guarantor for visa applications as OCP is not a Taiwan-based entity, we are unable to facilitate mandatory government approval processes.

 

Visa Compliance & Liability Notice

  • All international attendees are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate and legal entry permits or visas required by the Taiwan government prior to travel.
  • The summit shall not be held legally or financially liable if an attendee is denied entry into Taiwan for any reason.
  • Attendees must ensure their activities in Taiwan strictly align with the permissions granted by their specific visa type. The summit assume no responsibility for legal consequences arising from attendees engaging in activities not authorized by their visa.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Requests must be received on or before July 1, 2026 (UTC+8).
  • No Refunds: No refund requests will be accepted after July 1, 2026 (UTC+8).
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original credit card after the Summit concludes.
  • Replacements: Transfer requests must be submitted by July 1, 2026 (UTC+8).
