Course Description
The ASPIRE 2025 Pre-Congress Workshop on Lab Interventions on Blastocyst, organized by the Embryology SIG, brings together global experts to explore cutting-edge techniques and advancements in blastocyst research and clinical applications. With a focus on the interplay of gamete quality, laboratory innovations, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and advanced imaging, this comprehensive workshop provides a unique opportunity for embryologists, clinicians, and researchers to enhance their expertise. Attendees will gain insights into the latest developments in culture mediums, vitrification techniques, and non-invasive genetic assessments, alongside practical demonstrations and interactive discussions.
Course Objective
• Understand Factors Influencing Blastocyst Quality
• Learn about low-lactate culture mediums, AI-driven assessment tools, and advanced imaging techniques to optimize outcomes.
• Evaluate ultra-rapid vitrification methods and fatty acid supplementation strategies to improve cryopreservation outcomes.
• Discover the benefits and limitations of PGT-A and the potential of non-invasive genetic testing for improved clinical applications.
• Participate in commercial demonstrations on sperm preparation, blastocyst culture, and biopsy technologies to refine technical skills.
