If your country is NOT on the visa exemption list, you will need to apply for a visa before traveling to Japan.

For visa-required nationals, you may be required to provide an official invitation as part of the visa application process.

To ensure sufficient processing time, delegates are strongly encouraged to submit their visa applications as early as possible through one of the following two options.

• Path 1. Standard Short-Term Stay (Business) Visa
Submit your application to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate with jurisdiction over your place of residence.
  Best suited for "Business/Conference" participation.

• Path 2. JAPAN eVISA (Electronic Visa)
For non-visa-exempt residents living in the specific locations, primarily for tourism purposes.
  See the JAPAN eVISA system.

Important Notes:

• The Congress Secretariat does not provide visa application services or act as an agent for visa applications.

• Participants are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa and completing all related application procedures.
• An invitation letter issued by the Congress Secretariat does not guarantee the approval of a visa. The final decision rests with the relevant Japanese diplomatic missions.
• Visa regulations and entry requirements are subject to change by the Government of Japan. Participants are advised to refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) website for the latest information and requirements before submitting their application.

For more information on visa and entry procedures, please refer to the ASPIRE 2027 Visa Information page.

If you have an accompanying person who requires a visa to enter Japan, please check the box and provide the necessary information.

Otherwise, click "NEXT" to complete the application process.

The invitation will only be issued once registration and payment are confirmed.
If you have not yet completed the payment for your congress registration, please do so at your earliest convenience to facilitate the issuance of the invitation.
